8 Yoga Classes in 1 Day!!!
Congrats to Global Yoga students, Rebecca Rankin, Jennifer Wong, and Frossy (the Aussie) for taking 8 classes in one day!
They were focused,yet relaxed,strong and flexible,very balanced. AND THEY DRANK NO WATER IN ANY OF THE CLASSES!!
Why??
....Because they can !!!
They do not drink water ever in class. It is a demonstration of the fact that in yoga...the most important thing you need in our yoga is our BODY,our MIND,and our infinite stream of SOUL. And the BRIDGE to this is the BREATH...
HOW are you breathing when you take class?
It is the key.
I cannot stress enough how much drinking water in class is an appaling lack of discipline and emotional...ANDDD...it shows your lack of control in your most precious BREATHING...You are not good at Breathing and it will absolutely affect everything in your class.
I always tell my students that when I take class myself,I ususally only breathe once in my posture....I am NOT holding my breath...It almost like being in suspended animation....I am TOTALLY relaxed....living in the present moment!
There is no stress involved...I do not feel heat or cold.
They rocked in the evening classes(4 of them).
Lots of students were inspired to stay and take another class with them. It was great.
We had so much fun all day.15.5 hours of yoga in one day!!!How great is that???
